Lakshmi Biosciences sincerely appreciates the valuable time, expertise, and commitment contributed by its reviewers in maintaining the quality and integrity of the peer review process. The journal recognizes that reviewers play a critical role in ensuring the publication of scientifically rigorous and ethically sound research.

To acknowledge these contributions, Lakshmi Biosciences may annually recognize reviewers who have provided timely, constructive, and high-quality peer reviews during the preceding twelve months. With the reviewer's consent, their names may be published in an annual "Acknowledgement to Reviewers" article or on the journal website. Recognition is based solely on review contributions and does not disclose any information regarding the manuscripts reviewed.

The journal maintains a secure record of each review completed through its online manuscript management system. Reviewer performance may be considered for future Editorial Board appointments, Outstanding Reviewer Awards, certificates of recognition, or other reviewer appreciation initiatives.

Reviewers are encouraged to receive formal recognition for their peer review activities through trusted third-party reviewer recognition services, such as Web of Science Reviewer Recognition (formerly Publons) or ORCID, subject to the confidentiality requirements of the journal's peer review policy.

Become a Reviewer

Lakshmi Biosciences welcomes qualified researchers and subject experts to join its panel of peer reviewers. Reviewers are selected based on their academic qualifications, research expertise, publication record, and experience in scholarly peer review. The Editorial Office evaluates all applications to ensure that reviewers possess the expertise necessary to provide fair, objective, and constructive evaluations.

Candidates interested in joining the reviewer panel are generally expected to meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master's degree and preferably a Ph.D. (or an equivalent doctoral qualification) in a discipline relevant to the journal's scope.
• Have demonstrated research experience in their area of expertise.
• Possess a strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
• Have prior experience in peer reviewing scientific manuscripts (preferred but not mandatory for early-career researchers with strong research credentials).
• Be committed to maintaining confidentiality, objectivity, and the highest standards of publication ethics throughout the peer review process.

The Editorial Office reserves the right to approve reviewer applications based on the journal's requirements and the applicant's academic profile.
